Maybe it is an Ontario thing , any ads here have included taxes and port fees , just like an air flights and All inclusive vacation

Your guess is spot on. A classic drink package and sub par Wi-Fi that is basically a hook to upgrade to the premium Wi-Fi at an extra charge of course.
