Excellent Service from PVP

What a nice start to my weekend.  Received a call from my Princess Vacation Planner to tell me that my cruise to Canada/New England July 2024 the price had gone down.  Would I like her to refare it...YES please.  Saved us 500 bucks!!! And kept my 300 OBC too

 

I have always been happy with my planners service but I thought that was exceptional service...

 

Always check your cruise prices. You might save some $$$

Congratulations!  Our CVP is also a gem.  She calls just to talk and ask about the dogs and such.  The absolute best service you could ask for.  Wish I could share her,  but alas……..

Must be nice.  Mine has become surly and acts like any question or request is a bother.  The last few times we've conversed they have acted put out at Princess for all the changes and cutbacks.  I agree, but it's still your job to be professional.

 

I've seriously considered asking for a new one, but was afraid I'd get someone worse.

Sounds like my PVP , she loves dogs and has several...
