Excursions - Begin Times

I realize an itinerary will change regarding the "begin" time of an excursion, but what time do they generally begin in the morning on an international itinerary?  I also realize that on an excursion that will be lengthy (7 hours or more), they will need to begin early.  Mainly just referring to an excursion that will remain within the port.  Hope I have been clear in my question.  Thanks for your assistance!

I have future morning excursions booked that range from 9:00 to 11:00. Some are at 10:00 or 10:30. But I've taken excursions in the past that started at 7:00 am. It just totally depends on what you are doing, how far you are going, if lunch is included, etc. You can't generalize because they are all different. The excursion will state a start time and how long it is, so you will know before you book. Hope this was helpful.

Both my excursions met at 8:15 am in Stardust. I was surprised I booked such early tours, but it was fine. One of them we were the last cruisers back on board, right before sailaway! Long and wonderful excursion, with lunch, on St. Lucia.

One thing I wondered about is why they still meet in Stardust.  It seems like the former casino would be appropriate and more convenient to the gangway.

I've been wondering the same thing...  I don't know if they bothered to install a room-specific mic/audio setup like they have in the Stardust given the temporary nature of the room update, but even if they had to use a portable setup that would seem to still make a little more sense in Serenity's case.  Even that space is still not as ideal as Symphony's setup though.  😞 .

Roy they had planned to do just that and am not sure why they don’t. They do use it for check in if gangway is on that deck.

There are several excursions on the Crystal site that need updating relative to the port times.

For instance Serenity is scheduled to port at Volos Greece on the 6th of May 2024 from 8 am to 6 pm.

there is an excursion "The Spectacular Monasteries of Meteora" scheduled to depart at 11:30 am and lasting 8 hours...

I think it might depend on where the gangway is. It night also have to do with only the one entrance into Stardust, so somebody can check everybody in. Also, there are restrooms right outside the door of Stardust.
