X website problems

For at least a week, I’ve been trying to log on to Celebrity’s site. I keep getting BAD REQUEST 400 (or something similar). I am able to log in to the app but there doesn’t seem like there’s a way to access luggage tags from the app. Any thoughts?

No an issue for me, past or current. Using my laptop, windows 10, google chrome.

I've been getting the same issue. Their website is pretty notorious for not being great, but this is a new one. If you're persistent it will eventually work but I agree that it's very annoying

The reservation being locked is something that happens occasionally. It will free up in an hour or two.

Had this problem for a couple of weeks using Google Chrome on an IPad and cleared my cookies, history, etc, but nothing helped. Deleted the Chrome App and reinstalled it and the site now works fine.

Yes, I am using an iPad. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know how to “clear my cookies.” Can anyone help?

95% chance the issue is with your device, not the website. Clearing cache and cookies will do the trick even if temporarily.
