My standard answer is no, you can order anything you like if it is on the ship, but it may well depend on the line, which one is it.

On other Celebrity ships they serve anything from other bars in the speciality restaurants. It may just take a while to get it. We never had any problem taking drinks from a bar into any of the ship's venues.
