Yes, you are correct. He is going to the Escape, leaving from his vacation about now or a few days ago.

I would suspect there will be a good number of crew changes on all levels, so that crew can have some vacation before going to Italy in early January to begin to staff The Aqua.

I waited until mid cruise to post this because everyone is embarking and debarking in Istanbul (must be cheaper) except Mario, who left from Athens.

(Hopefully it works better than last time. He opened the Encore only to have the pandemic shutdown a few months later. And restarted NCL cruising in Aug 2021).

Correct... Zafer and Marc rotate... when one is GM, the other is Asst. GM or on Vacation.
