Enchanted Princess Mini Balcony Suites

It depends on what ship you're talking about.  Generally speaking, mini-suites are not obstructed.

Also, don't expect a "suite" experience in a mini-suite.  They aren't real suites.  There's a few perks which you may like if you don't have any status with Princess.  The perks depend on what category of mini-suite you pick.  The "Reserve Collection" which used to be "Club Class" have a few perks but nothing that great IMO.  We usually go with them due to the location of the cabins though and being able to dine without making dinner reservations.

There are no mini suites with obstructed views, if that’s what you’re asking.  Only SOME standard balconies and deluxe balconies, have obstructed views which are clearly shown on the deck plans,

There are 4 Reserve mini suites with partially obstructed views. These are the forward facing minis on decks 15 and 16. These 4 mini suites are in high demand. Not likely you would be upgraded to them. I would be more concerned about connecting cabins. There are minis that have interior connections. You can search the deck plans on the Princess site which has information regarding each mini suite and all cabins.
