Recommendations for Dining Times on Constellation

We are sailing on Celebrity for the First time and in June (Italy/Croatia) and looking for info on how dining times work. When is early seating?  Late?  What is the Anytime Dining?  Pros/Cons? Thx!

Early is 5:30-6pm. Late is 8-8:30 pm. Anytime is what it sounds like. One person’s pros are another person’s cons. That’s why there are choices. Choose what works best for you.

Do you like to go to the show before dinner or after dinner?

Early or late is the same table, at the set time every night with the same wait staff and same table mates.  Any time is you go when you want, may have a different table or wait staff but you have more flexibility. 
The majority of sailings the shows are at 7 & 9.  But on some sailing they are 7:30m& 9:30.

If you have a lot of late port days/excursions you may want to consider late or Any time dining. If you have early dining and are returning to the ship late then you will be dining in the buffet.
