Ovation of the Seas balcony cabin 9250 Obstructed?

Hi question on some of the Odyssey class ships this cabin is listed as obstructed but not on deck plan for Ovation is 4D Balcony Cabin. Also confused on how to tell

if bed is by bathroom or balcony. when I search cabin # get other ships in Odyssey class. Thanks for any info.

Found a video of 9258 that shows no obstructions and a photo of the port side of the ship looks clear as well.

Not sure where you are seeing that but none of the Q class ships should have that as obstructed nor is that cabin 4D.

 

Look at cruisdeckplans for pics/video to determine bed placement (they alternate down the hall).

Bed should be by the bath based on the placement in 9258.

Thank you all for good information.  I had read somewhere that a passenger in this cabin number on a different Quantum ship said she could not look straight down and sea water just a lifeboat.

You will see lifeboats looking down towards the back of the ship but there is absolutely no obstruction. We have stayed in 12250 and it is in a great spot with a balcony that is a bit bigger than the usual balconies. The bed was near the bathroom and we actually preferred that in the end because we had the open space near the balcony door.

Thanks ShazM I believe that the person who left the review was on a lower deck and referred to the lifeboats.

Yes they were on deck 9 but the exact same position. Even on deck 12 when you look towards the back of the ship you can see the lifeboats but the cabin 250  has no obstruction in front of it at all from deck 8 and up.

9250 has bed by bath, and oversized balcony as it’s on the hump. Excellent cabin.
