Excursion cancellation

I have booked an excursion online and decided to cancel and pick another one.   Is there a way to cancel on my own or do I need to call Oceania to do so?  Thanks

Have to call. Typically quite easy and quick.

I had a similar situation where Oceania had cancelled a port which I had booked an excursion.  I found there is no way to cancel or change on-line.    I had to call in to cancel and refunded. 

 

BTW -  The phone was answered on the first ring with no wait time and was quickly resolved.

I have not experienced any penalties with canceling, if done within the stated time frame (up to 3 days before boarding?).  Be aware of canceling excursions that may drop you below the minimum required quantity for your volume discount; sometimes a required quantity by segment if sailing a B2B.

Generally no.  

 

I believe there might be a penalty if cancelled within x number of days prior to the excursion.    I believe their may also be penalties for expensive multi day excursions that also require air transport -- e.g. Taj Majal
