What is you favorite omelette ?

Mine is Spanish with Western and Cheese omelette ,second and third.

I have had an omelette for breakfast ,lunch and dinner over the years.

Actually, I have a joint favourite. The other is a classic tortilla, which is dinner from time to time.

I love so many different ingredients that I really don't have 1 favorite. I will say I LOVE cheese in my omlettes and then it's the other stuff....meats, veggies, etc.

Have no favorite as my "wants" and taste does vary.  There are mornings when I just want a simple cheese omelet and there might be days I want a Western or perhaps something with lox, etc.  This guy loves variety.  In fact I have long wondered if I could order some kind of omelet, on Seabourn, that has caviar as an ingredient.  Just a thought :).

Made a very nice frittata for dinner last night - mushrooms, leeks and pancetta.

anything with meat and cheese, then whatever veggies I have laying around.

 

But I actually prefer frittatas to omelets 🙂
