OK....the consensus on the Roll Call for our cruise is get the B-1 VOA and to apply using your phone.

One fellow traveler contacted a Bali Visa service who gave this advice.

I often use my phone for internet.  But having done this I’m not sure I’d use phone for this instead of a laptop or tablet.

I kept getting PAGE NOT FOUND when clicking on a link for the old site.

I used it two days ago.

This is the old site

This is the new site

this is the link for the Customs declaration. One per group. done three days prior to arrival.

https://ecd.beacukai.go.id

this is the link for for mpox declaration. One for each person done three days prior to arrival.

https://sshp.kemkes.go.id/register?travel_mode=Air

this is the link for the Bali tourism tax. One per person and done prior.

https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id

If at all possible do all these prior to arrival.

The customs declaration can only be done online and there are hordes of people trying to access the internet just prior to immigration exit if they don't do it prior.

EVisa can be done on arrival but delays paying for it can be significant.  We always do it prior.   If you have done it prior you can use egates. If done on arrival or with kids you have to line up again.

mPox is a new one. Just do it prior. I don't know when it gets checked.

Bali tourist tax is sometimes checked sometimes not.

All the above links work and are Government links not third party.   There is no need for a Bali visa service. I always do all these applications on my iPad but make sure you've opened the Customs declaration on your phone as that is scanned as you exit. You can also have a paper version but sometimes they print weirdly. They still work ok though. The eVisa is connected to your passport but we always have a copy somewhere just in case. Last time we were through to our taxi in 25 minutes (June).

Thanks but that’s not what I’m talking about.  I found a completely different website published as a source of application information.

The one I posted is the operational eVisa website for the Indonesian Government and which we have used and received our visas just two days ago. I don't know what you are looking at but why even worry about it?

Pushka, the previous links that you posted above, were these used flying directly to Bali then embarking on a ship in Bali? I currently am booked on Solstice departing Singapore on March 27, 2025. I know I need a visa for Indonesia. Since I only stop in Bali for the day I wonder why I need customs declaration, mpox declaration and Bali tourism tax? Thank in advance for your advice.

Yes. If staying overnight in Bali then you will need to do them all. You may avoid the tourism tax ($9 USD approx) but not the other two which are free and easy to do.

Our cruise stops in Celukan Bawang and Lombok before disembarking in Benoa. Are the visa and customs arrivals based on Celukan Bawang (a tender port that does not appear in the forms) or Benoa?

I haven't arrived by cruise ship, just plane but I've read elsewhere that people use Benoa as arrival area. Lombok is part of Indonesia so might be done by cruise ship line. But likely you could do a VOA or the ship might organise it for you. The people arriving into Bali by plane will likely need to sort themselves out.

Well, then maybe stop asking questions about that link then hey? 😂

Maybe stop asking me about that link that I already stopped asking questions about hey?  😂

God forbid that I help people that might be confused like I was.  🙄

Sorry to ask more questions:

Which site did you use?

What City did you select where you are staying in Indonesia?  Thx

If they followed the links I provided they’d be fine. There’s no point you throwing in a random link that you know doesn’t  work. That IS confusing for people.

I’ve used new and old listed earlier. I selected Denpasar airport and listed the hotel we are staying at as the address in Bali.

I didn’t throw in a link.  I specifically said these are the correct links so please don’t be confused by old information.  🙄
