We have our first Princess B2B since medallions were introduced. keeping it short, will princess give us our second leg medallions at turn around, like they used to give new cards? Thanks!

Usually the App will show both legs as if it is one cruise.

 

Your Medallion will work for both cruises. No new medallion needed. If fo some reason it doesn't work Cistomer service will correct the issue.

Thank you. I was pleasantly surprised that the app listed it as one cruise. Glad we won't need a new one.

Your onboard bill and credits from the first cruise will carry over to the second, though any prepaid excursions and obc for the second cruise will not show up until the start of the second cruise.

If it does stop working on the second leg, or slow to open the door, just visit guest services for them to fix.

Depending on the length of the B2B, the battery may die in your medallion. It's an easy fix - go to the guest services desk and they will replace it. Sometimes they can tell if the battery is dying and will ask you to come to guest services for a pre-emptive battery replacement.

Sometimes even the battery they give with the new medallion can be weak & not work properly in a few days. You'll quickly learn if it doesn't unlock your cabin door from several cabins away.
