A little confused

This will be our first time in a Magic Carpet Sky suite. Are tips included? Also does Celebrity offer one bag of laundry in a Sky Suite?

We usually book balcony cabins.

Gratuities are not included.  If Celebrity offers a deal on a bag of laundry, it will be offered to all classes of cabins.

If you booked after Oct 3, 2023 you don't have tips included. You may if you booked with a travel agent but that's unlikely. Before that date gratuities were included. In a Sky Suite the only way you would have any laundry included is if your Captain's Club status is Elite or higher.

No laundry included for Sky Suites.  if you are Elite level in the Captains club you receive a free bag of laundry.
 

Whether or not the daily gratuity is included depends upon when you booked.  The gratuity was included for a while but that changed ( can’t recall the date) and gratuities and OBC are no longer offered.  
Check your Booking Confirmation or ask you Travel Agent or Celebrity if you booked ditect.
