Refreshment package only some days?

Can you buy the refreshment package a few days into the cruise, or do you have to buy it on day one? Do both people in the cabin have to buy it or can just one person buy it?

You can purchase refreshment package a few days into the cruise but will have to buy it for the remaining days; no, everyone in the cabin is not required to purchase.

That may vary by ship and the number of days left.

The Brilliance and it's a 8 day cruise what would be the last day to purchase?   Can you just buy it from a bar or do you have to go to guest services?

Likely the bar. You'd have to ask on board as there might not be a fixed answer and reporting on such an attempt is almost non-existent.

We did this about 5 years ago I think we had to do it before the cruise was half over but can't remember for sure.
