ID document for domestic cruise

When checking in for my cruise from Perth up the west coast and back I’m only given the choice of a passport number, as ID 

My adult daughter doesn’t have a passport. How does she complete the check in on the app.

Which cruise line? Normally cruises within Australian waters for permanent residents, you only need your drivers licence.

Usually you can put your Drivers Licence number in there. There is no reason any cruise should require a passport for a domestic only cruise. If there is a problem with entering it, give them a call. At check-in they may ask for a passport, but they will accept a drivers licence.

There shouldn't be any probems entering the drivers licence number. We've done it several times.

Any gov issue I'd
