What is the best embarkation day lunch on Symphony of the Seas

Can you help us pick our embarkation day Lunch on Symphony? Leaving soon and haven't decided. It's our 12th RCCL cruise but 2nd in suite class. We have always done the Windjammer or Solarium. Looking for something a little calmer. Is Costal Kitchen open for Lunch? Any ideas on what the Genie can do for us.

Hooked (seafood) is not open for lunch on embarkation day. 
 

I enjoy Coastal Kitchen for the calm atmosphere and good food. They open at noon.

I have Jamie’s Italian booked for lunch Day 1 on Symphony.

If you are in a suite Coastal Kitchen is a no brainer.

Jamies is nice if the weather is good and you can sit outside. There's also the Park Cafe where you can get a nice salad; you pick your ingredients and they make it to order for you on the spot.

Thanks for the info. The dinning options are not active on our app yet and wasn't sure if Costal was open for lunch.

We enjoyed El Loco Fresh on boarding day last time we were on Symphony.  There wasn’t a line and it was wonderful.
