tedbearz Posted April 15 #1 Share Posted April 15 (edited) Was recently on the Joy sailing last week. Was a five day cruise with two days in Bermuda. Did a independent excursion on day 1 in Bermuda. Had a NCL excursion booked for Day 2, but due to bad weather the stop in Bermuda was cut short and we left early and had only one day in Bermuda instead of two and all shorex for the second day were auto cancelled. Does NCL give back the shorex credit for a future cruise or we just lose it? Edited April 15 by tedbearz
zqvol Posted April 15 #2 Share Posted April 15 You lose it
Guindalf Posted April 15 #3 Share Posted April 15 It's a promo, not actual cash, s it never existed in the first place! If you're expecting to get it back as cash, or even OBC, not a chance.
Rare ontheweb Posted April 15 #4 Share Posted April 15 You are no longer being charged for the excursion that has been cancelled. Why would you even think that you should be getting a credit?
hallux Posted April 15 #5 Share Posted April 15 Just be aware that the excursion refund is handled in an odd fashion if you pre-paid - they will refund the FULL cost of the excursion then the next day they will 'claw back' the $50 excursion credit that you got when you pre-booked the excursion.
