Availability Question on upcoming cruise

If the cruise that we are supposed to be taking in less than three weeks no longer shows as an option on HAL, does that mean it's sold out?

Probably allocating Guarantee staterooms, but it could be sold out too!

If you want to book, then perhaps phone them?

I have been looking because we took a guarantee and was trying to figure out what cabins were still available. 😄 It's not really that big of a deal, but I've just been curious and keeping tabs and today was the first day the cruise didn't show at all.

Most of the time you can't see what cabins are available, but what are unassigned. With guarantee bookings, that is a significant difference.

Have you tried calling HAL to see if they have an offer for you?

Often HAL closes out the top categories 3-4 weeks prior to sailing so they can do their "upsell" process.  It could be that it is sold out also.

 

Did you research the number of unassigned cabins recently ( say the prior 2 weeks to that)?  That could give you a better read on what the situation is,

 

As already mentioned, you will likely need to call HAL to get a proper answer.
