LittleTinker Posted May 21 #1 Share Posted May 21 Is there a Chefs Table on Sun Princess? I cant find anything anywhere about it.
JF - retired RRT Posted May 21 #2 Share Posted May 21 Since the ship is new, there may not have been one...yet. Alternatively, no one has thought to report on it here. There isn't anywhere online to sign up for it, you have to wait until you're on the ship. Ask at Passenger Svcs after you board.

As a general rule...all the ships do a Chef's Table (sometimes 2). Easiest way to sign up is to go to Guest Svcs as soon as you board. You can also call the Dine line (but you'll get a busy signal for most of the day on boarding day)...or see the person staffing the entry podium at whichever Specialty restaurant is open for reservations. Lots of ways to do it. If you plan on doing one, be sure to pack a pair of closed toe shoes (in case they've restarted the kitchen tour). BTW: not everyone who signs up will get on the list for the dinner (depending on the number of people who sign up). Space is limited to something like 12 people. They did the kitchen tour on the Grand in September 2022.
Ellipooh Posted May 22 #7 Share Posted May 22 I did Chef’s Table with a full kitchen tour last month on the Emerald. Three other women in the group wore open-toed sandals, no one batted an eye and they were permitted to participate. 🤷♀️

rmsmith Posted August 9 #9 Share Posted August 9 I was wonder about a Chef's Table on the Sun as well. I haven't seen any reviews or even confirmation here if there being one on the Sun, but this morning a agent via chat confirmed there is a Chef's table on the Sun. 130 with wine, 110 without wine. paradiselivin1 Posted August 9 #10 Share Posted August 9 We've done two. Last year on the Majestic out of Aukland it was so popular that they had multiple "sessions" to accommodate all of the interested parties. It was great! The one on the Sky a few months ago was fair.. Hope they do have it on the Sun when we cruise on her.

I’ve been on 38 cruises on Princess & I have not been on a cruise with no Chef’s table. I’m aware that you’re going on a new ship. Do a search on YouTube & see if anyone has posted anything. On my cruises I organize a list of other people interested in the Chef’s table & create a list with names & stateroom numbers & turn it in when I first board the ship. I’ve not been on a cruise, where after I turned in my list, that I was not contacted about the dinner. Remember that the Chef’s table only holds 12 people.
