But in doing so you need to include your ship (Harmony) and sailing date (and it is suggested to include your booking number) and your specific reason for contacting them.  They will read and consider your request but they do no always responded with a confirming email.  If you don't hear back, you need to see the maître d after you board to confirm with them.
