How can I cancel an Internet purchase?

Recommended Posts

I purchased internet packages at the pre-board rate before I fully understood my options. On other lines I’ve been able to cancel pre-board purchases, but I can’t find any way to do that on Royal. Any suggestions?

Go into your order history & hit cancel.

Like Mike said... go into order history and it will be self evident.  Here are some screen shots to show you the way.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately when I click on my initials, as you show in the first screen shot, it doesn’t list order history. The other categories are there, but not that one.  I have the email showing that I made the purchase, but when I click on Show Details, it takes me to that same page—no details, no order history.

Update: I tried going through the app instead of the website and was able cancel there. Thanks to both of you for the help.

Curious when you said "you learned of your options"  I am undecided whether to get the internet package or not, what did you end up doing?

Thanks

Internet, dining, and other cruise planner / app purchases frequently go on sale. Perhaps that is what occurred here. If the pricing changes favorably after you purchase something you can cancel, get an immediate refund of your OBC, and repurchase it at the lower price without penalty, and usually as a single transaction.
