Ocean Cay food

Is the food served at the Lighthouse Bar included?  Also is the food at the "food trucks" included?

In the trucks it is free, except the seafood truck.  EM

I didn't order any but was told food items were chargeable.  Sorry for the bad photo but this doesn't appear on the pdf lighthouse bar menu.

If you have a “beverage package” is works on Ocean Cay (unlike packages on other cruise lines and their private islands).

Carnival for sure, and I believe Royal. Oops, just googled Royal and it says they honor drink packages. Apologies.

Half Moon Key is not a “private island”. The same with Grand Turk. It is a joint venture much like Harvest Cay is for NCL. Harvest Cay does not honor NCL drink packages like Great Stirrup Cay does. When Celebration Key opens it will be a true private island.

Norwegian Cruise Line does not honor their beverage package on their private island in Belize. And does not offer any complimentary food. You need a credit card or cash when going to the NCL Harvest Caye private island.

I have been surprised that our drink package worked on Princess Cay when on a Princess ship. When on a Carnival ship, we had to pay for the drinks, even with the package. You could see the staff bringing the booze from the ship that we already paid for.

As I said, right above your comments, Harvest Cay is not a "private island". It is not owned by NCL.
