Dress code for breakfast and lunch?

Stick with the baseball hat.  A much better look. 😁 Everthing eslse you mentioned is acceptable for the MDR for breakfast and lunch in thre MDR. I prefer to wear vans. Hate flip flops and sandals.

Baseball caps are not permitted in any of the restaurants whether Women or Men.  The will politely ask you to please remove.   I've seen the same rule applied to sun visors - (golf hat with brim but no top on it)

How about a woman's lovely sun hat?
