TACoor Posted July 29 #1 Share Posted July 29 Does Norwegian help with/arrange for transportation from the cruise port to the Miami airport? If so, does anyone know what the charge is?
Rare schmoopie17 Posted July 29 #2 Share Posted July 29 (edited) Yep. I believe the charge varies. We just added transfers to the port from LAX for $25 per person. The amount might depend on the airport. MIA might be different...but we will soon be adding transfers from the Miami port to the airport, as well when we return from our PC cruise from LA to Miami. Rare ColeThornton Posted July 29 #3 Share Posted July 29 Here's a helpful link for transfer info. Suggest you call the transfer desk to get the latest fees for Miami. https://www.ncl.com/getting-to-the-pier/transfers-and-car-services

Alternative is that there are always shuttle service at the terminal hustling rides for $10ish per person. We use these folks. Always faster and cheaper. With NCL transfer, you have to go to a meeting place, wait for the bus, then possibly wait much longer for other passengers to get on. But I know some people just want to get everything through NCL.
zqvol Posted July 29 #6 Share Posted July 29 The only time cruise shuttles are worth the cost is if you are traveling solo, other than that it will be less expensive to take an Uber or a taxi.
Rare laudergayle Posted July 29 #7 Share Posted July 29 We like to take NCL transfers. We find the convenience outweighs the extra cost. We don’t book flights before 1 pm…and we like the departure time/process for NCL transfers. Like everything else on CC…opinions vary, so you do you.
