daveo6313 Posted August 11 #1 Share Posted August 11 If you play the slots and then transfer the money back you your player account can you then use money in the account to play table games without being charged 3% or do you have to go to the kiosk and get cash? bugeater2 Posted August 11 #5 Share Posted August 11 (edited) I converted by Player Bank funds from playing slots into chips at the table multiple times on my Luminosa Cruise back in January with no issues. I was booked on a regular rate as well. Edited August 11 by bugeater2

I've been able to draw funds off of my slot player bank every cruise for years and years, but I haven't cruised in a year so it's possible it's changed recently.

I have seen it both ways within the last 18 months. And I also have had to remind the casino host that while on a premier, Ultra or Elite, that i do NOT have to pay that 3% fee....Best thing to do is ask first. I do it all the time, just go to a table and I tell them how much I want and ask them to take it off my players account and have never been charged the fee. The only ship of Carnival's that we have not been on is the Spirit which we will be on shortly and it has always been with no problem.

I hope they're not going to change this. Although it has never made sense to me that you pay a 3% fee when you draw funds out for table games, but not for slots. Obviously I'd prefer to never have to pay a fee (I typically bring cash with me anyway).

eggy5404 Posted August 12 #12 Share Posted August 12 Yes.. you can pull money from your players bank with NO FEE.. the pit boss will verify how much money you have on your account and will bring you a little key pad to enter your pin.. They will give you the slip to sign and the dealer with give you the allotted chips for play.. Again, no fee from your players account.. Did this on the MG and Venezia..
dallasdan Posted August 12 #13 Share Posted August 12 I have done it also with no fees. If fact one time I didn't spin the slot machine and the casino host gave me a talking too because I avoided the fees that way.

They will generally lock your card if you add funds on a slot and don't spin a few, to prevent people from doing exactly what is being discussed.

Now, they will even block all future casino charges if the abuse is that flagrant.
