boarding for suites passengers

We're on the Sept 12th sailing to Canada on NCL Jade & staying in an afternoon suite.  When we did online check in we were given an option of 11:30 to 12:00 boarding. If I recall from our trip last year we were told we could actually board earlier as we were suites guests. Is that still the case?

Yes. You delayed in your online check-in, so you got a later time to arrive at the port.

Show up whenever you want. Suite and Haven boarding will start around 11:00 am. There will be a separate suite waiting area (last time we were in Boston, it wasn't anything fancy, just a separate area with snacks). The butlers will escort you onboard before general boarding starts. You will also meet your Concierge and they will be taking restaurant reservations.

Just to clarify for anyone else reading this thread the time you receive at online check in is the time to arrive at the pier, not your time to board the ship. As Bird said that doesn’t apply to Haven and suites, you can arrive at the pier when you want.

New to NCL but does this include the club balcony suites as well. I know they are more of a suite by title meaning not like the bigger suites. Not sure what other perks if any you get with this suite category. I have been in the junior suites on RCL and this is what I picture these being.

You have pictured the correct description!  They never should have added the "suite" to the name, since it is only a bit bigger than a standard balcony room.

The boarding perks do not apply to the Club Balcony cabins.

neither does the club balcony include butler or concierge services.

just a slightly upgraded balcony cabin. bigger bathroom, you may get a free bag of laundry and a bottle of sparkling wine, which i understand no  one drinks anyway.

these used to be called "mid-ship min i suites"
