UDP question

If you book the UDP is there a one stop location to book the whole week of restaurants reservations?

Everything other than Hibachi can be booked ant any of the restaurants.  Hibachi can only be booked at Hibachi

All Specialty can also be booked at Hibachi/Izumi.  Last few cruises the lines for reservations  were extremely short at Izumi or Wonderland. Last cruise on Quantum the line at Chop's was out the door and into Schooners. 100 feet away we walked right up to the hostess at Izumi and made all reservations for the 10 night cruise.

I may have had bad luck but I have found on Oasis class ships that if I head right to hibachi the fire door is closed and they don't open until after 11 while we are usually among the first on board prior to 11.

Izumi is my go to to book. I've never ran into a line there.

Question, when you book the UDP dinners do you also book the lunches for the sea days? Or, do you find that you can just go to the restaurant on the day?

We book the lunches as well.  We have had some issues trying to get into restaurants without a reservation.

Best to make reservations for all specialty dining….lunches and dinners, sea days or port days.

UDP lunches are only included on sea days..

some ships have specialty restaurants open for lunch on port days…for instance, Playmakers is open for lunch on the 3 night Utopia sailings, and the UDP is good there.  Of course, no reservations at Playmakers….  It is ship dependent on whether or not a restaurant is open on port days.  Some -few though they are - are.

If Playmakers is open on a Port day, do you have to confirm that you receive the $20pp credit?
