Looks good but isn't sea bass an endangered fish? I haven't ordered it in years.

That does it! :rolleyes: A Eurodam cruise is in my future somewhere. But not until I can afford to eat at Tamarind at least twice during the cruise! :D

 

In the Pinnacle, can you order more than one item per course, as you could in the dining room? I wouldn't do that in either of those venues, but at Tamarind - I'd want to order practically the whole menu just to taste everything, if they'd let me! Not that I'd really do that, either - but multiple appetizers, and maybe three main dishes for two people ... not sure I could resist! :o

Seafood Hot Pot

A one-pot surprise consisting of shrimp, scallops, Manila clams, rock fish, crab legs, squid, scallions, shallots, garlic, lemon grass and coriander leaves all braised in a flavorful stock.

I hope so, because I bet it's going to be very hard to get dinner reservations. That menu looks so good.

So true -- I also think it will be very hard to get reservations there. And it doesn't appear to have a lot of tables there.

Well, HAL says there will be 144 seats in the place.

Jim - I hope you are right -- I counted the seats from the drawing in the brochure that I have and there were only 95 seats.

No two's by any windows.

Also I wonder if they will limit the number of people they will serve each evening like they do for the Pinnacle?
