New feature on Princess web site

I just went into the Princess web site and under "Search for a Cruise" there is a new column titled Embark or Disembark Port. You can pick a port to sail out of or come back into. Very interesting. I was just into that site a few days ago and that column was not there so obviously something new.

The feature has been available for some time now on at least one internet cruise booking website. You choose the port and other parameters (length, time of year, etc...), and the site lists all of the cruises that fit your requirements.

ABOUT TIME!!! ;) I've wanted to use that a lot! Awesome.

Ok, I take back my awesome comment, I wanted it for Europe and it's totally North American based

Well it is a start so maybe sometime soon they will have other ports.

That would be nice :) I spent so much time last year looking for a specific European itinerary, that being able to put in your departure port would have been awesome. However, there are online TA sites that have this.

I saw that also. Great new feature. But for me better cruises out of FL rather than NY still :) oh well personal preference for sure. But a great new feature no less

teripp- Why would you leave out of Fla. and not N.Y. if your from Conn.?

Do you know something we don't?

I believe he/she means that there is more choice; more cruises, that depart from Florida ports.
