True but the Star was the first ship with a Blue Lagoon as we know it on NCL

The Superstar Leo had a Blue Lagoon Cafe. From what I have read, it was open 24 hours and served Asian/Western faves. Can't tell for sure but it looks like it's in the same spot as the current Blue Lagoon on the Spirit:

because you want to puke in a blue lagoon after eating their wings.

Its not noon tomorrow..errr.. I mean..no, it can't be.. so that can't be the answer.... hehehehehe.

Hmm I had another guess, and now I can't think of it... gotta stop coming up with ideas on the drive home... *sigh*

Oh well, gives me something to do tomorrow instead of doing my actual work ;)

I think many of you are on the correct track!

Star Cruises ships' (NCL's parent company) have always had Blue Lagoon fast food outlets on their ship's. I have deck plans of the SuperStar Leo and Virgo, from when they were new, and they have them onboard. From what I understood is that Star Cruises carried this feature over when they handed down the design plans of the Super Star Libra and Scorpio to NCL. The Libra became the Norwegian Star and the Super Star Scorpio became the Dawn.

I beleive this is how Blue Lagoon came about but I am not sure where Star Cruises got the name!!!
