lisareneeo Posted April 3, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Does the Navigator of the Seas have shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc... in each stateroom? Leaving on Monday and trying to pack. We are in an inside stateroom if that makes a difference. Thanks Lisa
cb at sea Posted April 3, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Bring what makes you look best! There's some non-descript soapy liquid in the shower...no one really knows if it's bodywash or shampoo...... Be aware that the water is very, very "soft", so a teeny bit of shampoo will lather for days! You won't need much!

Leaving on Monday and trying to pack.We are in an inside stateroom if that makes a difference. Thanks Lisa There is a shampoo/conditioner combo in a dispenser in the shower. There are bars of soap for the shower and the sink, but no other lotions, etc. are provided.
luvscruising2007 Posted April 3, 2009 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2009 I forgot my shampoo and conditioner on one of our cruises and tried to use what was supplied by the cruise line. It was terrible because it dried my hair out. Bring your own; you will be happy you did.
barbarah33 Posted April 3, 2009 #5 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Everyone is correct - pack what you want/need, do not rely on that substance in the shower. It really is more of a shower gel anyway.
Gonzo70 Posted April 3, 2009 #6 Share Posted April 3, 2009 If you are a man, you will probably find the shampoo the ship provides to be fine. If you are a woman, you will probably want to bring shampoo with you. It's as simple as that. :D
QLUVS2CRUZ Posted April 3, 2009 #7 Share Posted April 3, 2009 I've always used what was provided and had no problems. But I'm not picky about shampoo for a few days. I do bring a small (hotel size) bottle of conditioner just in case.

Langley Cruisers Posted April 3, 2009 #12 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Actually, I use the mystery liquid for washing out my unmentionables in the shower. It seems to work just fine for that. :D

Cruising89143 Posted April 4, 2009 #14 Share Posted April 4, 2009 I also suggest that you bring your own. That mystery stuff in the dispenser is not good. I'm a guy that is not real choosy about shampoo and stuff like that and I won't even use it.
