atlgirl Posted June 11, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2009 I know there are criteria to determine the number of cruise credits for each sailing and cabin category but could not find the info on the RCCL website. Does anyone know how the cruise credits are determined? Thanks.
Gonzo70 Posted June 11, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2009 One Cruise Credit for taking a cruise. A bonus cruise credit if sailing in a junior suite or full suite Another bonus credit if doing a long sailing (I forget if it is 12 nights or longer or 14 nights or longer for this credit). So a maximum of three credits on one sailing.

marci22 Posted June 11, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 11, 2009 There is this big dartboard in the Miami office, and AG's secretaries, while he is out playing a quick game of pingpong, take turns throwing the darts.
DVC_Chris Posted June 11, 2009 #5 Share Posted June 11, 2009 I know that is the way that it is, but it is odd, on my first cruise (an inside cabin on a 3 night Soverign sailing) I am credited with two cruise credits.

People here have reported being "over" credited from time to time. It's rare, but it happens. In the past, Royal has not corrected those mistakes, but a few months ago someone here reported that they lost a cruise credit due to a mistake correction. So, enjoy the extra cruise credit while you can!
atlgirl Posted June 11, 2009 Author #7 Share Posted June 11, 2009 So has anyone seen a definitive list on the RCCL website that tells you how cruise credits are supposed to be calculated??

negc Posted June 11, 2009 #10 Share Posted June 11, 2009 So has anyone seen a definitive list on the RCCL website that tells you how cruise credits are supposed to be calculated?? No need for a "definitive list". The way that cruise credits are calculated is described correctly in the previous posts: 1 credit for a cruise of any length, and additional cruise credit for cruises in a junior or full suite, and an additional cruise credit if the cruise is 12 nights or longer. The maximum number of cruise credits you can receive on any RCI cruise is 3.
dancing dragon Posted June 11, 2009 #11 Share Posted June 11, 2009 So has anyone seen a definitive list on the RCCL website that tells you how cruise credits are supposed to be calculated?? From the Member Benefits Section: "**** Earn one cruise credit for each completed sailing and an extra cruise credit when you purchase and sail in a suite (for sailings beginning on or after January 1, 2004) or when you sail on a 12-night or longer cruise/cruisetour (for sailings beginning on or after January 1, 2003)." Here is the link..... http://www.royalcaribbean.com/cas/benefitsLoggedout.do;jsessionid=0000hEOx0Lt9vle0GVGPWgDQiPi:12hdhuaq2 it's below the Diamond Plus section and above the Terms and conditions...
