Seattle Hotels

Can anyone help us find a hotel in Seattle that features transfers from the airport, to the hotel and then on to the pier because we are spending a few days in Seattle before our cruise. Am I asking for too much?

We just stayed at the Silver Cloud Hotel Stadium Hotel (Safeco Field, Mariners) location (just south of downtown). They do not have a shuttle from the airport but they will take you anywhere else including the pier. It is also right next to Qwest Field (Seahawks).

We booked their towncar service from the airport at $45 and it was excellent. They boast that they are one of very few that offer this shuttle anywhere you like. they just don't service Seatac.

Don't think you will find a hotel that offers both for free.

We booked ours through Princess because we wanted/needed the transfers. I REALLY REALLY liked the DoubleTree by the Seattle airport...room big and comfortable and had great Neutrogena products, and we got a nice warm cookie upon check-in, haha!

 

After the cruise we stayed in the Westin downtown Seattle...it was a 3-block walk from Macy's and the Pike Place Market, and it's close to the "light-rail" that took us to the Space Needle for dinner.

If you stay downtown, there is a Grayline shuttle from the airport, stopping at all the major hotels, for $11 per person. If you have more than 2 people it would probably be as cheap to take a taxi.

We used A Plus Towncar for our Seattle 2-day precruise time.. They took us to hotel (Westin) from airport, then to the port and then from the port back to airport for a total of $110 for two people.. Considering cost of cab fare and not wanting to sit on the $11 bus for over an hour we considered that a good deal for two people.

We just stayed at the Westin Seattle and they were offering transfers to pier 91.It was $20pp and the 3 of us took a cab for under $20 total.Take a cab!

We stayed at the Westin too. There were so many cabs available and our cab fee came to $14 dollars w/o tip. (We gave him some Princess luggage tags:eek:---Just kidding, couldn't resist!)
