OBC question

what if our OBC credits are not recorded, correct, etc.? Should I feel comfortable with the paper print out as proof?

Also, we have some many minutes of free internet. How do we make sure we're utilizing that correctly and not being charged instead?

As far as I know, the print out you have will be the only documentation you have. Or a confirmation letter/email. Something like that.

I think all the ships are now outfitted such that you can monitor your account spending day by day on your tablet or TV. I know KDAM is equipped, think the other ships are as well.

The second day of a cruise we go to the front desk and ask for a print out.

If you used a TA have them get it corrected.

Our TA gives a copy showing all the different shipboard credits we are due. I make a couple of extra copies o take with us.

We have had problems a couple of times and I gave the concierges a copy so that they could contact Seattle and straighten out things.

About every 2 days I ask for a printed copy of our shipboard account so that I can check everything.

I think that depends on the source of the OBC. If it is from HAL, normally you are not SUPPOSED to use it in the casino. However, it has been my experience that HAL has trouble tracking this and normally you can get away with this. No guarantees however.
