  1. Ah, another butter thread, remember the pat of butter thread when it was rationed in the MDR? Now is this Margarine or Butter ?
  2. You could stock up with English Breakfast Tea at Freo.
  3. Enjoy your mini suite Julie and Rolf. Enjoy the adventure and treasure the memories. Life is short.
  4. Way beyond my means too. As a single traveller now, I estimated even in an ordinary cabin, I would be up for $120,000 fare, plus drinks, shorex. Make it $130,000 minimum. My late wife and I did a half world cruise, Sydney to Southampton via Africa in 2012, on P&O UK 'Arcadia. Memorable trip. Ah, these days I can only dream. At least in my retirement apartment here I have a balcony with river view and a shower cubicle with a grab handle just like a cruise ship shower, I say. lol. I just pretend I am on a Princess cruise ship, going nowhere, lol. But not complaining, I have done a lot of travel/cruising since I retired aged 55, 20 years ago. Have a good afternoon everybody.
  5. Do you have balcony cabin or mini suite on Coral, Julie.
  6. a small bag load in every day rather than sending in bigger lots less often. Good idea, are you on board yet ?
  7. I reckon half of the 2000 pax will be Elites. Will be interesting to hear about laundry turn around times.
  8. Take your point, yes education is needed, my reference to trenches was merely jocular, but you know what I mean.
  9. Anyone who says 'Happy Anzac Day' should be sent to the trenches. 25 Apil is a day of solemn remembrance.
  10. Bon Voyage to all on the 2014 Worldie. Have a great time. Looking forward to some posts.
  11. Re the rain, chucking it down again down here on NSW Far South Coast. Moruya anyway.
  12. International Cruise Terminal, Circular Quay on the Harbour.
  13. Thanks Geoff, it is still in my memory. Was an exciting journey. The ship had damage to bow, pool bar and showers demolished, some windows bust and half a dozen pax fell down the stairs with injuries due to lifts out of action for 24 hrs. Capt Andrew Froude got us home safely.
  14. Might I wish all on here a HAPPY EASTER, plenty of goodies and take care.
