We were there in June and did not find much to do in Hamilton. However, the ferry ride was nice. On the first evening we walked around the the port and did some shopping.

This summer, we were close to 30 days.

BWI - JFK - BCN BCN - ATL - BWI

I used a Canon SX 740. It has a 40X zoom, fits in your pocked and below your budget. Very happy with it.

We used the BOGO airfare. On the other side of things there was a couple with a connection of Barcelona - Chicago - Charlotte - BWI I was thinking of gambling and telling them that we could fly from Dulles or Philadelphia and hope for a non stop. Decided to keep it easy and make BWI our home airport. Worked out file. Advantage is that there are a lot of flights from ATL to BWI although not a lot from BWI to JFK

We have stayed at the Avenida Palace and also have positive things to say. It was close, but not on the Ramblas so it was a little quieter and closer to the Gaudi houses.

We have also done both. We did Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii last month (Aug). What I like about this tour is it includes both the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. Uber works great in Baltimore. Once on going home the boat was late arriving and the line for dropping off and picking up was comingled. Our Uber had a fare to drop off and they would not let it in the port due to the people trying to leave.

We flew Baltimore - JFK - Barcelona and arrived in Barcelona before 7 am. We did fly a day early. Coming home it was Barcelona - ATL - Baltimore

Would not recommend it. Taxis in Barcelona are reasonable. This is not where I would save a few euros.

We selected Hotel Jazz by the number of positive reviews on CC. On our most recent trip we stayed at the Meridien. They might be willing to give you an early check in.

Location was good in relation to Placa Catalunya. Clean and safe, yes. Don't remember anything about early check in.

We have stayed at Hotel Jazz, Avenida Palace, Meridien. All worked just fine.

I was happy with my oceanview. I was generally on deck or the bow when there was something to see. The balcony only lets you see one side.

So, the reason we chose Epic was the itinerary. Food was fine. Entertainment was OK. I would be more concerned about the small pools or lack of poolside seating if there were sea days. However, that wasn't the case. It did always seem crowded. Epic did fine for what we wanted, which was to get us from place to place.

I've been both on time and late. Hard to say which is more often. Certainly easy to get out of the lot. We were on RCI in June, ship docked at 7 and I was home (about 30 minutes away) at 8:40

Even if your room isn't ready, the hotel will check your bags and let you splash water on your face.

Absolutely, the carriage ride will help you see a lot in a short time.

If you have never been to Seville, I would recommend that. There is so much to see there, even without going into the Palace, that requires a ticket. The Plaza Espanol is phenomenal.
