  1. The on-board price for the 24-hour package is higher than the per day price when buying a package for the whole cruise - usually at least $28/day. Yes, the planner price varies with the various "sales".
  2. Welcome to CC and coming out of lurk mode. It will likely be a while before RCI ever offers another.
  3. Considering that she's doing 21knots today and none of the recent sailings have been modified, one can assume there are no engine "issues" for now.
  4. Unless/until RCI notifies you about a change, don't - there's no indication any of the changes have anything to do with her mechanical condition.
  5. The best indicator of a Royal Up win is a charge on your credit card - can come anytime time between bid and after sail away. The B2B process will be detailed in a letter on board. Very likely, yes, you will need to disembark in Miami.
  6. Welcome to CC. Not sure why you assumed they would/will. Performance should get better once you get closer to the US mainland.
  7. The break even point is 5+ drinks per day and rarely is it better to buy on board.
  8. $14 (without grats) is the limit for drinks. There are few reports from Rhapsody about Voom but she has switched to Starlink - figure the usual improvement, much lower latency (which leads to real performance improvement for most uses). Yes, a 24 hour package should be available, but only on board.
  9. Yes, but like most things, it's more likely to work when booked under US rules vs. UK rules.
  10. The only likely variation of the menus, fleet wide, is for some of the much longer sailings (10+ days). For the others shorter than that, one can assume the menu and the order has been settled - look at current/similar sailing in the app for the menu.
  11. Likely something other than the Azipods but we may not know until someone asks the question at some Captain's Corner.
  12. It should be the same/similar to any other 9 day sailing. No, you can't book UDP before the sailing - that manager was clueless.
  13. That varies by ship and perhaps even bar. Some of the simpler drinks, like rum and coke, can be as low as $10. The rough math whether the package makes sense financially depends on your drinking pattern - if you know for sure you will drink more than 5 alcoholic drinks each day, get the package.
  14. The contract language for all markets were likely updated with the COVID policy and perhaps some other minor tweaks.
  15. It may vary by cabin type but usually the plug there looks like a US style plug but has small holes next to the spade slots to allow a European plug to also be used.
  16. Set the app to the current sailing (not yours) and all the info listed should be quite similar to your sailing.
  17. How is that any different when inside final payment there are price drops that existing customers can’t get but new bookings can?
  18. Try a different browser or device (try the browser login on your phone ).
  19. You don’t need a pass to enter the terminal - the port staff have the manifest- it will just be slower.
  20. I think that option was removed. You can usually only set up a cash account on board.
  21. Yes, but on some ships they don't post them (and other info) until on board. In that case, as mentioned above, set the app to the current sailing to see the menu.
