  1. Given that some ships have been on Starlink for months and still have Surf, talk of the demise of Surf may be premature.
  2. Yes, any show which doesn't have reservations (none do on Radiance class ships) is like that.
  3. Typically opening a browser and going to login.com (or onboardicafe.com) should bring up the page for the set up.
  4. Spectrum was the first Q+ ship with that design change.
  5. Unless you get the web site to come up right away or get an offer to bid, you are likely too early or don't qualify. Have you tried decoding the SetSail pass barcode (the numbers after the dash) for your likely cabin assignment?
  6. You would think with RCG being part owner of that facility they'd be using it more often but even Enchantment went all the way to Europe last year for her dry dock before returning to service. There seems to be very little cruise ship work at that yard lately.
  7. See above - three weeks of that is sailing to the facility and back.
  8. That's the problem - all of the bigger RCI ships have sailed all the way to Europe for the work recently (except the ones in Asia which usually dry dock in Singapore)
  9. I don't think there's anything Key specific in the app but the system will know you have a Voom package as part of your Key purchase.
  10. All of the specialty venues combined on Symphony can seat at best about 20% of what the MDR can accommodate -the MDR will still be quite full.
  11. Set the app to the Dec 9 sailing and look at the menu -then you'll have to sorta guess and line up the pics with the menu.
  12. It should work as soon as you board. There's no code in your cabin. When you set up your login the system already knows you bought Voom.
  13. You will likely have to call to confirm. Also, if you want Brits to provide feedback, post earlier in the day.
  14. Not usually, though you are taking some chances booking in a different market than your home one.
  15. You can't do much better than going with Symphony, though it won't be for the ports.
  16. One can report a post via the three dots in the upper right. Biker, who was correct in his assumption that someone would be "triggered" by the mention of a person in the employ of a company and subject to the direction of said company.
  17. Welcome to CC. Look for the Roll Call thread for your sailing and look for discounted excursion ideas from others - even at the supposed 30% off, RCI excursions can be more expensive than what you can do/find on your own.
  18. She just started sailing from there recently so it might be a while to get some info but you can find all/most of what you want via the app - set it to the current sailing.
  19. Don't expect anything but required maintenance.
  20. If it's ready, it will likely be in the app to book - look on the current sailing for that.
  21. Welcome to CC. The non-drinkers (you) in the cabin can get the refreshment package only but you'd have to call to get that. Also, you can make a deal with them and share some of your D drinks (and have them buy the rest a la carte) and skip the package - this all depends on their drinking pattern.
