Quite a few of us have been there on Marina.

Depending on price and number needed for discount you might find 6 excursions being cheaper than five. I sometimes have booked a real cheap excursion just to meet the discount number, and it makes the overall price cheaper. Math can be your friend.

I know what you're saying and used to be that way, until one time I sent a breakfast back, and once it came back saw the cook watching me eat it with a smirk on his face. Kind of lost my appetite. Made me wonder just what he did to it.

Not an option there, you walk to the top, or you don't get the view.

I was going to tell you that you should get the $100 credit, but it seems you already found out. On another note, this seems to be most unfortunate for Oceania that has been recently trying to groom new customers, and they get them, and then decide to treat them like this when the poop hits the fan. Can we get Sr. out of retirement to smooth this mess over?

If you're semi fit and haven't done it before I would recommend taking the trek up the top of the hill to the fort in Kotor. Views are fabulous from up there. My legs were sore for days.

I looked it up on a map. So we will be on the cruise together in Aug, I see you posted yesterday on the Roll Call. We're looking forward to that trip.

Perhaps some of these Travel Agents that don't specialize in Oceania gets the system confused with some of the Mass Market lines. It's been my experience that people get stuff wrong all the time, and it seems to be getting worse and worse with Customer Service in most businesses.

Obviously they've changed the way the system works, or some are misunderstanding how it works. Historically it was whatever drinks were posted on the Bar Menu were available under the Prestige Package. You could get a double that would have a value of $40 or more. The way I understand it is that drinks in the Founders Bar are not part of that package. Specialty Scotches in Polo are excluded as well as Sake and certain beer in Red Ginger. Many higher end brands in Horizons are excluded. There might be some cheaper than the ones on the Bar Menu, but they weren't available on the package. If this has changed this is the first I've read about it here. I've never been on Vista so not exactly sure how it works. My most recent experience was in June of this year. At that time the package worked the way it pretty much always has on Riviera.

Don't overthink stuff so much. Just leave the autograts in places and give extra to anyone that you want to, and don't worry about if it's too much or too little. That's what we do.

No, I'm not a travel agent. I have cruised on Oceania a lot, and have recently booked excursions for 3 different upcoming cruises. I learned this from trial and error. The errors I had to get my excellent travel agent to fix. Oddly enough I don't know Miami MO, I do know Miami OK, which is pretty close to us. My wife received her Doctorate degree from Mizzou and I have a nephew that graduated from there. Interestingly enough I grew up in Western TN. Maybe we will meet on board someday.

Yes, same session, anything else will not give the discount, even the same day.

Yeah, that's a pretty known glitch in the reservation system. Most regulars recommend calling in or if you have a competent TA have them take care of it. It will give you the proper discount if you put them all in at once, but if you piecemeal it then it doesn't work right.

You know that if you're from TN you would pronounce that Southeren Gary? At least that's how most of my family says Southern.
