At half past we were still waiting so went to enquire. Were told again that our time hadn't been 'called', but allowed us and a few others, who had also gone to enquire in. with "I didn't tell you"! We are due on Britannia in September, so will be interesting to see our boarding times then. I have the highest tier (Mediterrean), my mother (Atlantic) has booked assistance and the rest of our party are first time cruisers with P&O.

We arrived a after 12 noon but it was before our time of 12.15 pm Yes, there were. The reason given was because then hadn't been told to let that time could go in!

We arrived on time and still had to join the naughty queue😒

It is a nice calm sunny day although on the chilly side for this time of year, although after all the rain and wind yesterday I shouldn't complain! Hope everyone has a good Sunday.

That brings back memories. My friends and I stayed at the Youth Hostel up by Whitby Abbey when we went hiking through the North York Moors just after we left school.

I have sailed once with Fred Olsen on Black Watch, and although the food, entertainmnet and service was good, the cruise itself was like a mystery tour. Without going into details, everyday was different to what it should have been, and we got the feeling that we were being lied to at every turn!

When you are as far down in the south west as we are, most things to us are up!

I have had my flight details for my January cruise as well, sent via my TA.

I don't go up often, probably last time was January although have been up to the hospital. Went up to the hospital about a fortnigh ago and If you though Chiverton Cross was bad before it's worse now🥴and it's moved!

Our nearest is Truro.

I have cruises booked, but not received any. Booked a cruise this week with my mother over the phone as she required assistance, were asked various questions and told a form would be sent out.

To me they are a nightmare! We can't have a BBQ without being watched and they can be vicious, especially the ones in St Ives.

Everyone seems to have problems with cats, my problem is seagulls. They nest on the roof between our house and next door's (on one side) and our neighbour on the other side of us is feeding them. They have on occasion knocked on our back door but when it gets something thrown at the door it flies off, not so this year, it won't move away until we open the door and chase it away. They have also started landing on our flat roof, outside our bedroom, and squawking from 4.30am😡

Does anyone know which terminal at Gatwick we are likely to fly out from to Barbados in March as I am trying to arrange hotels.
