  5. I'm on a cruise the docks in NYC the morning of the day before disembarkation. Do think you can disembark (as a walk off) whenever you want on that first day? Thanks

  8. I had problems too and tried different computers and browsers with know luck. I called them about a month ago and in less than an hour my account was working perfectly and continues to do so.
  9. If you book an excursion online a couple of months before your cruise and you have an OBC, does the OBC get used?
  10. We're loving the look of the Explora 1 and will definitely be considering them. Its a shame they've stuck with the Caribbean for their first 2 winters though but I suppose it's a tried and tested market. Explora 1 is in the Caribbean in the winter, but not Explora 2

  13. The 5% (was 10%) paid in full discount isn't worth to me at 2 years out, so I just paid the 25% deposit for my 2025 one.
  14. There is only a 30% single supplement on the new ones. It is 50% on previously listed cruises. (I haven't checked every cruise)

  16. I called this morning and explained the problem and email a screen grab of the error. The promptly called back and all was fixed.
  17. I thought the website was great too...probably just some temporary problem as they update the excursions and schedule. I just booked a 2nd trip on the newly added cruises way out in Jan 2025, but had to do it by email.

  20. Thanks for the info. I'm able to sign in to my Explora account, but when I click "my bookings", I have been getting an error message for 2 days now (and it has come up in the past). So, I can't see if any excursions are available yet for my cruise. Anyone else with this problem? Thanks
  21. I think you may have to have an existing booking to apply the promo. Mine was applied to an existing booking. Has anyone used the promo more than once? I don't see anything in the T&C that says you can only use once. Thanks
  22. When you book on the their website, you are billed in your locations currency.
  23. I booked an OT1, but when I found out about the promo, I paid to get a Grand Terrace and then applied the 2 cat upgrade to a deluxe penthouse.
  24. I don't use TA's myself. When I wanted to apply diamond promo, I emailed directly and was told I didn't need to cancel, and they would take care of it. Which they did.
  25. The Explora Journey agent I have been in contact with via email, responds promptly and informatively.
