  1. No, they don't offer flavored creamers. The closest you could get is to buy an Americano at the coffee shop and have some pumps of flavored syrup. As @Chelle621 said, you can definitely bring your own.
  2. Depends, if you need CFAR or pre-existing medical condition coverage, it doesn't matter how cheap the insurance I buy is because it won't cover what you need. You need to do your own research for insurance that offers what you need.
  3. Yes they still have a steak every night in the MDR, but it's a strip loin - very thin, difficult to accurately cook, and can be very gristly. The upcharges probably aren't as bad as you are thinking. But they are everywhere. It's still very possible to walk off the ship with a $0 balance on your account though.
  4. Yes they typically offer this on every ship.
  5. If you subtract the berths that Carnival jettisoned in response to the COVID shutdown, how many berths have they gained? Still a significant figure as Mardi Gras alone can accommodate nearly as many guests as Ecstasy, Sensation, and Fascination. And that still leaves Inspiration and Imagination's berths as well.
  6. That encounter is exactly why Carnival usually lets things slide, to the detriment of other guests onboard.
  7. Carnival isn't really trying hard to retain platinum or diamond guests because they don't have to. There's plenty of blue/red guests behind them to fill that berth. Every time JH posts on Facebook the facts and figures of a particular cruise, over half the cruisers are blue and red card cruisers (less than 25 days at sea). Maybe one day the facts will change but right now there are plenty of people interested in cruising.
  8. You can wear whatever you want - they don't really care. It's whatever you are comfortable with.
  9. The upgrade is for the rest of the cruise and I don't think the upgrade price goes down as the cruise progresses so if you plan to upgrade best to do it ASAP.
  10. The thing is how far do they want to take the "reduced rate promotion" aspect. Even early saver could be seen as a reduced rate promotion if they really wanted to interpret it that way. But that would make the program absolutely meaningless because nobody pays brochure rates. Where is their line? I guess it just drives home the fact that nobody should buy stocks just for a perk that could be rescinded or re-interpreted at any time.
  11. A company that can only compete on price is in for a dark decade ahead when it is 30Bn in debt and still not profitable.
  12. It's telling that a few of the "new special touches" you listed cost extra.
  13. In other words, special touches. How about that!
  14. If you're going to book a day-of flight (which I've done several times with no issue but there is always a chance something goes wrong obviously!) Book the earliest flight you can, that way even if it's delayed or cancelled and you have to find another flight - you will be able to still get to the ship before departure.
  15. I know it means nothing but if I was working the inspection table at an embarkation port, I'd let NA beer through.
  16. Carnival is doing more and more guarantee rates these days. I have personally had good luck with guarantee rooms. But there's always the chance you'll get a room right under the theatre or directly above guest services I suppose.
  17. On Sunshine, the aft dining room is for anytime dining.
  18. When/if they do, it will be here... https://www.carnivalcorp.com/shareholder-information/shareholder-benefit looks like it has been updated for cruises through july 2024...
  19. I don't think Carnival makes their nutrition information available. I usually just try my best (ie; I stick to things like the carved meat station, etc). I am not sure if the menu mates offers nutrition information or not.
  20. gratuity is included in the price, tip above and beyond is up to you and not expected.
  21. Well even if it's too late to move people to a different room you need to contact special needs so they can let the ship know you need scooter parking. There is no way you're getting a scooter in a balcony that is sleeping 4 people, and still expecting room to move around. Even if the scooter fits through the door - There is no more turn-down service so the couch is going to be made into a bed all cruise, and upper pulman will be brought down all cruise, with the ladder. So there's not going to be any room to walk around, let alone fit a scooter.
  22. Anyone can order off the kids menu in the MDR. There is no restriction as to age. The waiters will bring anyone a kid's menu.
  23. Definitely call Carnival's special needs department. They do not allow all the accessible cabins to be booked online, particularly the fully accessible cabins.
