We did 4 cruises B2B2B2B on the jade in November/December and could only do check in for the first two.   They had all the details and just changed our key cards as we had to change cabins, no need for any real paperwork other than showing our confirmation emails for the later cruises.

By the way it always helps to carry copies of confirmation cruise and shore excursion emails and amenity emails just in case there is any complications when on board.

Find out the senior officers on both using the Roll Calls and the "Where are they now" thread to request.   Depending on who they are I would almost certainly have a major preference!!!   I have travelled on both and have a preference; go with who you know.

There is no OBC on there but the two lines at the bottom will indicate your debit or credit and whether any of that is Non-Refundable having come from NR OBC

Another reason for taking it easy and for having an overnight hotel stop BEFORE your flight.

Is anyone able to give any information regarding the cruise terminal in Incheon please?

How far from Incheon Airport?

Are there Best Western Hotels close to the airport and/or the cruise terminal?

Time change notices?   We never saw one on four cruises on the Jade in November/December!!

Not likely to come across the problem again.    I used to get the VIP perk for something I have arranged in the past.   That perk is NO LONGER offered!!

I would agree that what @Pat.D states is the most likely event in the States UNLESS the first leg of the B2B is a Transatlantic.

Personally if we were doing that cruise I would want to do the one before it too.

If you are staying on after the cruise stay in town and go to the airport by bus!!    But beware Iceland is VERY Very Expensive,

Remember that a Transatlantic is more like two cruises,  half sea days together and half port days together.

I presume that the PVSA violation is that you would be embarking in Los Angeles and disembarking in Seattle with no foreign port in between, Canada not being classified as a foreign country in the PVSA.

To get the 6.35am train I think you have to be at the station well before (Amtrac site says 1 hour) that as you will have to go through customs.    Also while it isn't a great distance you have to arrange to get from Canada Place to Pacific Central.

A better bet would be 

Buses that also leave from Pacific Central.

Breakfast will depend on the port arrival time and may be different again on sea days.

when they had an MDR open on Embarkation Day but that sems to have gone the way of all good things.

They aren't doing that now?

We had 4 cruises on the Jade November/December and the MDR was not open on any of the 4 Embarkation Days.

Remember the more you carry on, if you have to "nurse" it, is a real pain for yourself, and also everyone else, if you plan to eat in the Buffet.   It used to be quite easy when they had an MDR open on Embarkation Day but that sems to have gone the way of all good things.

Remember that those able to make use of the Concierge join the front of the queue when the Concierge, or concierge's staff member, takes them.

Sometimes that is also useful if the Concierge is ashore when you want to return to the ship too.

Be very careful with what NCL is advertising as an "OVERNIGHT".   We have been on cruises when leaving after an "OVERNIGHT" has been at 12.30am or 3am or 6am.   In those cases, if you are staying out VERY late, just check that the port gates will be open!!

Richards Bay in South Africa was a prime case, OVERNIGHT leaving at 5am BUT the port was shut down at  8pm or 9pm.

When booking onboard, ShoreEx sometimes needs encouragement to get the latitudes discounts right.

latitudes discounts right.   But remember do NOT expect the same from both people's shore excursion.   My wife gets the 15% of her FULL fare and I get my 15% off my $50 discounted fare.

Only one thing that applies.   At some ports the port closes down overnight and you can't get out or in the port.   Other than that @KeithJenner is correct

Many years ago we arrived in Seattle and had to wait a long time to disembark.   They had docked "back to front" so all the luggage was the wrong way round!!

Remember that there are countries where tipping is NOT "the norm".   Many of us were born and brought up, or now live, where that is the case.

It may be a little larger to take into account that there has to be two drop down beds for guests 3 and 4.
