If you are in a Top suite on Oceania you get 2 accounts Top suite = OS. OC, VS As you have discovered you get more bang for your buck on Main stream lines 😉

River cruises are more alike between the different line some include gratuities but most do not Easy for some company to make the comparison charts for marketing purposes Ocean going cruise lines are much more complicated there are main stream lines, premium lines , luxury lines & expedition ship all have their pro's & con's Usually the upscale lines cost more but may have less to offer as the ships are smaller so not as many shows/things to do as the main stream lines Depending on what is important to you main stream lines seem to offer more bang for your buck Back to your question though No I have not seen any comparison charts except for the Oceania one you posted but you still need to read between the lines JMO

DH did not care for one of the dishes he ordered they were happy to take it & spice it up to a more traditional version If you mention when ordering that you would like it a bit more traditional they will do it for you Just saying

The Regent website is flaky just call them or your TA The cruises may be limited availability due to the sale

If you want a free excursion every day then look at Viking or regent NCL is a main stream line I am not understanding your question 🤔 The Oceania chart is marketing gimmick do your own spreadsheet on the lines you might be thinking of trying

You may not be ready for the relaxed pace of Oceania or Luxury lines We started cruising with O in our mid 50's & never looked back But we seem to enjoy meeting people of all ages (over 25) We found some people in their 80's that could stay up much later than us & we retire about 11pm You might be better to wait for a few more years before trying an upscale line Stick with one of the main stream lines or ones like VV that have a younger vibe & more activities YMMV

Get your TA to work out a favourable upgrade with the deal I am surprised they did not do this for you

Great news I love the SS lounge but cannot afford BIZ class all the time to get to use it 😉
