some of the issues this past year with any of the airlines/airports is staff Many had to apply for security clearance after the shut downs due to covid Plus limited flights all over the World They cannot put you on a flight where no seats are available The World still has not recovered after Covid even if you are over it JMO

We have had that method for many years in Toronto where they automatically added a % for the tip I have not lived in Toronto for over 40 years so I am guessing it still happens there 😉

Usually Top suites & P H do not have any issues The lower cabin cat may have more restrictions on times available The 7 day cruises are more problematic

Why don't people just call them the "Document booklets" less confusion for that that are colour blind 😉

We try to tip in cash as some restaurant owners seem to take their merchant fee off the tip for the employee

Is the tipping rate more in Boston ? I know in some States the minimum wage is much higher than it used to be but 15-20% seems fair to me More seems OTT I am with RobJame we are around 15% I do not tip at Timmies or McD's even if they have the cup at the counter Tipping is like food Subjective JMO

Well if you remove the airfare & the OLife perks from your booking the price goes down If you remove the Specialty restaurants from your booking the price stay the same

I would skip the O life perk if you do not want the excursions or the Beverage deal You are essentially paying for the OBC yourself & it is non refundable If you know you will use that amount of money onboard then it is like having the onboard purchases covered at least up to the amount you paid The best option is the excursions followed by the Beverage package for those that drink wine with their meals Take the cruise only fare JMO

It used to be on S.M. itineraries that were not selling pre covid now I think it is just on random sailings JMO of course

Good list I was surprised going by some cabins to see the mess in them I thought the main stream cabins had people that did not know how to hang their clothes up but guess not Our cabin usually looks like no one is there LOL I do not like clutter so everything is out of sight

Not everyone is in a PH & above only $32 per cabin in the A to G cabins

We do not tip extra in the specialties though I have read some do The staff work in other venues as well so are covered by the daily Gratuities It is a personal choice
