Have you considered the Hotel package option with O it is PP but includes transfer to the hotel & to the ship Then ask for the flights & pay the deviation fee to get the nonstop flights It may be more expensive in the hotel end but maybe cheaper for the flights & less hassle for your parents https://www.oceaniacruises.com/australia-cruises/sydney-to-sydney-REG240125/hotels/ Do the math & see what works best Do not forget the e Visas for both Countries

Or you could pay for the O transfers & book their own air I would look are something more than Econ for that long of a flight PE at least unless they are under 50 the econ on 15 hr flight would be uncomfortable 😉 JMO

There are some nice shops at Royal Dockyard if you want a bit of a change we took the ferry from Hamilton over for a few hours

What if the flat rate is $15 ? A few year ago we took a taxi from hotel to post $11 flat rate there was a line up to show documents at the gate Some do not read instructions to have boarding documents out for inspection getting into the port area

when you book the cruise if you know you want to go early let your TA know You will not know your flights until 45 to 60 day out unless you pay a deviation fee You may get lucky & not have the mail run or you could be stopping in several airports JMO

We have never booked an inside but with the Concierge cabin you get a bit more space & the balcony of course some perks that those in B or lower cabins do not get the cabins for A to C are basically the same it is the perks that are different We have stayed in A B & C on the R ships A & B on the O class experiences are the same it is the cabin perks that differ Does that help??
