On warm weather cruises we always have breakfast at WAVES Just depends on what people want fro breakfast YMMV

Well you need to be onboard by 5pm or sooner so maybe have meeting about 5:30 -6pm so you can at least make contact Then those with early dinner reservations can just go off when ready Not ideal but you have a full itinerary You have a small group so maybe meet on the port side of Horizons

The Terrace buffet is not like other ship buffets No self serve so more like cafeteria style They have made to order grill & a couple of other stations not sure on Vista but the other ships will have pasta station/stir fry on some nights Carving station different options nightly worth having a look
