Maybe you have better flights in March that the OP does in Aug ?? I had a flight in Oct MIA to YYZ the flight was canceled so next one to get us home same day is FLL to YYZ YMMV

Well do you have the T & C's that say you MUST upgrade as of Oct 1st ? So much speculations but until the FACTS are posted we really do not know unless you have insider information ?

Have not seen many port talks on Oceania like the main stream lines where they give you their "preferred" shops They usually have a rep from the local tourism dept come onboard but I would suggest getting your maps & info ahead of time & bypass the long line of pax asking where to go & what to see in the port JMO

We still do not know all the details of the new program We will need to read the fine print once it comes out JMO

I wonder if they will be asking for more $$ if you have paid in full for a cruise after Oct 1st?? Some will cancel & some will like the new deal Time will tell Maybe on the weekend update the website will show the higher prices for all this good stuff they are adding 🤔 Too bad as Oceania was our favourite line but I guess all good things will come to an end

keep checking Once you board sign up for the class sometimes people cancel We got lucky on our last cruise & got into one of the classes

They do not send all the experienced staff to the new ships I am sure many lines are still trying to find crew of any sort after the pandemic Plus several new ships on several lines have been launched I would not stress about it

No difference in cabins A3 & 4 are closer to the front on deck 10 some will be more sensitive to the motion of the ocean closer to the bow The dotted line are from the cad program when doing the drawing nothing to worry about

If you need the neck pillow I take a bath towel roll it & put in the pillow case it does help when missing my Neck pillow from home

So you were not on this cruise so you have no first hand experience with what was being reported Some "groups " will get special dining in the Specialties as part of the deal with Oceania so regular PAX will not have access to that specialty that evening Sometimes they will do a lunch for the Group in one of the Specialties just depends

So are you saying because they are part of an Alumni group they would never behave badly or nit pick ?? People are people & may when in a group of their peers may do/say things they would not on a one to one with other pax JMO FYI we have seen some of these "Mature " alumni so drunk they had to have a wheelchair to get them from the bar to their cabin

our flights have been cancelled for the fall & rebooked We had a non stop which now stops in YYZ Guess the 1hr 1/2 was too much for them 🙄 Wonder how many more changes before the fall

You may get the effects if any hurricanes that are in the area they usually turn into tropical storms but still can be damaging to some areas Cape Breton got hit bad last Sept That said we are on a cruise end of Sept to mid Oct from Montreal fingers crossed
