I have taken a few in my carry on & some in my check bags on flights & the cruise no problem I usually will take one in my purse going ashore if allowed

if you have O air it might be included Call O or your TA if you used one

Also letter from both parents of each child with permission to take them out of the country As well as your spouse if you are not travelling together

If you know you will use the OBC & it saves you paying at the end of the cruise do that option As long as people are aware they are just prepaying that amount out of their pocket & if they do not happen to spend it all it is not refundable It will be a moot point soon

I agree Alcohol included DH will have a few more drinks I will be face down in my mashed potatoes 😃 Being forced to pay for excursions we do not want is the big deal breaker Expedition ships may be worth the excursions still looking

I have not come across another line that compares to O for our wants/Needs Azamara comes in 2nd for similar perks (we do not mind the smaller cabins) Tried Crystal more inclusive but did not care for the self serve buffet or the evening dining venues Maybe New Crystal would be worth looking at if the price is right We do not drink much so any line that includes drinks is not really on our radar unless the itinerary & price works for us Have been looking at these lines but a higher price point than O Viking Expedition ships Scenic Eclipse Atlas cruises American Queen Expedition & Ocean cruises Time will tell where we go from Oceania JMO

JMO I would book now skip O life & do the "cruise only" If you wait until July then you will be locked into the Excursions credit & beverage deal which may be a higher price than now it sounds like a use it or lose it situation at the moment Once the details come out you will have the option to switch to "simply more" for a fee

You can always wait until closer to sailing to see what the price drop will be Usually after FP they will lower prices to fill the empty cabins but you take your chances if there are cabins available or not

If the cruise is booked before June 30th 2023 & you took the O life perk of the beverage package then yes you can upgrade once onboard Currently the upcharge is $30 PP PD (subject to change)

Yes I prefer to fly then by the next day we are almost on local time I have a hard time adjusting when we get home but DH is back to normal routine right away

Depends on your personal tastes But the wines are the same by the glass offerings as anywhere on the ship they do not bring out a couple of bottles just for lunch/dinner
